Werktitel is a podcast exploring how people work in the arts, created in 2021 by Alix de Massiac and Zoë Dankert. Through 150 interviews across ten episodes, it examines regulation, working conditions, and connections within the arts sector. Featuring artists, curators, technicians, educators, and more, Werktitel reveals diverse experiences from freelancers to institutions. Each episode highlights a different perspective, aiming to foster dialogue and improve recognition of artistic labor. Supported by partner organizations and funded by the Mondriaan Fund and Rotterdam Municipality, it combines authentic voices, sound art by Nathalie Bruys, and design by Elisabeth Klement.
